Desk Setup & Stretches for Writing Pain | NaNoWriMo Self Care

After writing for long periods of time I was experiencing terrible pain in my neck and shoulders. Thankfully my husband Ben, who is a Physical Therapist, helped me set up my desk space and taught me some stretches that have made all the difference! In this video he also shares exercises for those with back and hand pain too!


Especially if you're planning to write 50k word in a month for NaNoWriMo, these tips are for you!
